When the temperature and humidity are stable, the refrigeration capacity is reduced as much as possible, which reduces the heater output for heating and humidification and reduces power consumption.

The temperature and humidity are maintained by adjusting the refrigeration capacity to follow changes in the heat load inside the tank.

By adopting a high-performance, highly reliable single-stage refrigeration circuit, the upper limit of the ambient temperature at which the unit can operate has been expanded from +35°C to +40°C.Furthermore, it has become possible to reach the minimum temperature (-40°C) even at an ambient temperature of +35°C.

The temperature drop time when the DC inverter rotary refrigerator is operating at full power has been significantly reduced. After the temperature drop, the refrigerator capacity is reduced as much as possible during stable operation, contributing to energy savings.

Allowable heat generation increased by 940%!

Our unique refrigeration circuit (patent pending) fully utilizes the properties of the low GWP refrigerant R448A, significantly improving the allowable heat generation. This allows for tests where maintaining the temperature is difficult in conventional small chambers, such as when samples generate heat.

Power consumption up to 69% DOWN!

The latest DC inverter rotary chiller is installed as standard. The efficiency of the chiller system and the unique refrigerant flow control using an electronic expansion valve optimize chiller capacity, resulting in a significant reduction in power consumption.

The widest temperature and humidity range in its class

It is possible to control normal temperature and humidity, which is difficult to achieve with a general small tank. It is also possible to operate at a maximum humidification of 98%RH.

Double the continuous test time without additional water supply

The consumption rate has been significantly reduced by optimizing and reviewing the humidification water supply system.

Easy-to-use control panel on the main unit

This setting device is configured with a minimum number of keys and prioritizes simple operation. In addition to constant operation, simple programs can be set using only the main unit. Standard pattern operation is also possible. In addition, by using the newly developed software NLPE (Neo Local Program Editor), you can create your own test conditions in an environment separate from the tester.

Each pattern can have 26 steps. Nine different program patterns can be input and saved, and each program can be repeated up to 99 times.

Smart Connect (optional), a dedicated terminal with sophisticated operability

The LCD touch panel keypad was developed specifically for the HIFLEX NEO. It can operate multiple HIFLEX NEOs, and is easy to operate despite its many functions, including detailed settings and test data downloads.

Advanced program operation is also possible using a familiar operating terminal such as a PC.

The built-in chamber management application software can be accessed directly from a PC or tablet, eliminating the need for dedicated software like in the past, and creating a comfortable testing environment.
