This is a dedicated device that uses a powerful fresh air suction circulator to increase circulation efficiency, discharges precipitates to the outside, and performs secondary vulcanization.
■Easy-to-operate double door
To prevent the temperature inside the chamber from dropping when the door is opened and closed and to increase the productivity of heat treatment work, double doors are standard and the door turning radius has been reduced by half.

By setting up the samples to be heat-treated on a dedicated rack in advance, the time required to change samples can be reduced. This significantly improves the efficiency of heat treatment work and also reduces the amount of work inside the chamber, increasing safety.
By adopting a one-way, completely forced exhaust system from intake to exhaust, deposits produced during vulcanization are efficiently discharged outside the tank.
Residual low molecular weight siloxanes and other substances can be efficiently removed, contributing to stable quality and improved yield. *Please be sure to connect a duct to the exhaust port before use.
The forced exhaust system allows fresh outside air to always pass through the heater unit, significantly reducing deposits on the heater compared to the circulation system.
By suppressing deposits that can easily cause smoke or fire, high safety is ensured, and odors and dirt around the heater unit and door are also kept to a minimum.
In addition, the system is designed to allow easy access to each unit, making it easy to maintain, even for periodic cleaning and replacement work.
