WINTECH NEO is equipped with ECO mode, which has ETAC's unique learning function, and resumes pre-cooling/pre-heating at the optimal timing for each cycle.Compared to timer-type systems, there is no test interruption when refrigeration capacity drops, reducing unnecessary power consumption.

The temperature inside the chamber is automatically saved not only during operation, but also when it is stopped, such as when a problem occurs or after a power outage is restored, so the stress on the sample can be recorded without omission.
Operational data can be viewed on the monitor, and can also be downloaded in CSV format using a USB memory stick.
All models are equipped with a room temperature damper mechanism as standard, and are compatible with 3-zone standard tests such as MIL-STD-202G.


Hot gas temperature control prevents overcooling and significantly reduces frosting. Long-term continuous operation is possible without defrosting, significantly shortening test time. (Compared to our previous model: -40°C/30 minutes to +125°C/30 minutes, 2 zones)

The 300°C specification WINTECH series has been created for reliability evaluation of power devices for automotive and industrial use that require high voltage and current. The maximum preheating temperature is set at 350°C, allowing for ample testing at 300°C. Various basic parts have been redesigned to improve heat resistance and insulation performance during high-temperature operation. This series combines high performance and safety at a high level.
In addition to a highly efficient heat exchange circuit system and optimized cold/heat storage materials, ETAC's unique SR function enables temperature recovery in the shortest possible time.

When transitioning from "high temperature exposure" to "low temperature exposure" during a two-zone test, the low temperature recovery time is significantly shortened by introducing outside air until the set temperature is reached. This is expected to have the effect of speeding up the temperature recovery time of the sample, especially under conditions with a wide temperature range or when under load.

Areas that are likely to become hot, such as the cable measurement hole, are insulated to prevent accidental contact with the device. A high level of safety is ensured down to the smallest details.
It can be installed on the back of the tester and can be easily replaced and cleaned. There is no need to remove the body panels, so it can be installed anywhere, even in a small space.

A large LED is used on top of the ETACOM to show the operating/abnormal status at a glance. The setting/display section uses a 7.5-inch wide color LCD with a touch panel, providing an intuitive and easy-to-understand interface while providing advanced programming functions.

Test room temperature data is automatically recorded at all times, even when test operation is not in progress. The recorded data can be viewed on the monitor to review past operation history.
Various graphics make it easy to check the program's progress and detailed information.
Various settings such as temperature, exposure time, number of cycles, etc. can be easily entered and edited.
Also, it is equipped with ETAC's unique setting functions, such as a built-in resettable counter that counts the elapsed cycles individually.
Sensors placed around the refrigerator constantly monitor the operating status. When a problem occurs, the operating status at that moment is automatically saved, allowing for a more accurate diagnosis of the cause of the failure and a quick recovery.
The "exposure time change function" has been added, which allows you to change the exposure time for low, high, and room temperatures during testing. In addition, the "specified cycle interruption function" has been added, which allows you to automatically interrupt the test after each set cycle.
